When you are going to place your order, you will be asked to enter your full delivery address. After this you will get shortly a confirmation email.
All international bag orders will be delivered by UPS to ensure a fast delivery. If an item is in stock, it will be shipped by the same day providing it is ordered before 3 pm MEZ. Free shipping on all orders over EUR 480.- *all Weekenders*

Vat & Taxes
All prices of the products are without taxes, that means there will be no other additional costs for you upon receipt of your order except the delivery cost.
You may be required to pay import duties & taxes after the delivery, they are set by the customs authority. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
I take great pride in providing you with high quality products. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the merchandise cost. After 14 days have passed I cannot replace or refund your purchase. Before returning your item please contact me referencing your order number, and giving me a brief description as to why you are making the return.
Please make sure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes. Make sure the product’s original packaging is intact. Please keep receipts and tracking numbers as proof of sending the items back.
